Steyning Gardening Club.
Come and join our new group.What a fabulous response we have had to our article in December’s ‘Your Steyning’, and as promised here is an update as to our progress so far. Firstly, a huge ‘Thank You’ to everyone who has been in touch either in person or through our email.
On Saturday, at the Farmer’s Market, you may have noticed a few of us handing out leaflets all about the new Gardening Club and again it was lovely to meet so many locals who were interested in our new venture.
As we begin a new year, we are looking forward to unveiling our new club in early spring, and to this end we are incredibly pleased and excited to announce our Launch Meeting and Fund-Raising Evening at The Steyning Centre on Wednesday 13th March.
We look forward to welcoming you with a glass of wine and other refreshments, of giving you the opportunity to take part in our raffle and to share your suggestions to help shape our club as it moves forward.
The club will meet on the second Wednesday of the month at The Steyning Centre. Meetings will run from 19:30 to 21:30 and there will be a yearly subscription, but visitors will always be welcome at the Steyning Gardening Club.
Make an evening of it, whatever your gardening ability, the club is open to everyone, whether you live in Steyning or the surrounding villages, come along and join us on our journey.
