Our local chiropractor, Mark Jones wins a national quality award for the third consecutive time.

Well Adjusted Health, has again been awarded the highly regarded ‘Patient Partnership Quality Mark’ (PPQM) by The Royal College of Chiropractors, a Royal Chartered professional body.

The PPQM recognises excellence in terms of meeting patient expectations in a range of areas. They were required to demonstrate they meet patient expectations in a wide range of areas, including the following:

• Accessibility
• Booking systems and out-of-hours cover
• Cleanliness and safety
• Privacy
• Communication
• Patient education
• Record keeping

Mark comments: ‘We are thrilled to have received this prestigious award again. This time was a real challenge to fulfil the really stringent application process especially with the Covid safe protocols in place and restructuring how we do things to protect anyone who visits us. Our practice provides a patient centered service, and this recognises the effort we have put in to meet the expectations and needs of our patients.

We are really proud to have this effort and commitment recognised. Our aim is to continually improve the care and service we offer and we always welcome feedback from our patients to help us achieve this.’

The decision to award the PPQM is made by a panel comprised of patients and the general public who form the Royal College of Chiropractor’s patients’ committee.

The Chiropractic Patients Association (CPA), said that “as one of the sponsors of the Patient Partnership Quality Mark, the CPA knows from their members how valuable the award has been in encouraging clinics to go that extra mile in the care they provide for their patients.  We congratulate Well Adjusted Health on achieving such a standard of excellence.”

This will be the third time that Well Adjusted Health has received this award, demonstrating its continued commitment to providing excellent service to the community.  The practice has been established for over 10 years with a long tradition of providing high quality chiropractic treatment.
