And the answer at this time of year is yes!
Throughout the year lenders compete for market share so that they can announce to their shareholders and the press about their position in the lending stakes.
However, as we approach the last quarter of the year it is a particularly competitive time as this last 3 months can dictate how a bank has performed throughout 2021.
2021 has been a phenomenally busy year and rates are already incredibly low so it may be that the last quarter is a bit of an anti-climax.
But, it’s always worth keeping in touch with your broker for those limited time, low rate offers.
