4. DingemansCoach trip to Littlehampton with a guided tour around the lifeboat station. The RNLI opened the first lifeboat station in the town in 1884 and has been redeveloped over the years, most recent being in 2002. Their volunteer lifeboat crews provide a 24 hour rescue service. They have an estimated call out of 70 a year and hopefully you will learn a lot more about their brave crewmen and women and the sturdy and fast boats they use.
Then you can enjoy a fish and chip lunch at the Fish Factory.
Estimated home time 15-30 to 16-00.
Cost £18 which includes coach and lunch.
There is no charge for the Lifeboat visit but donations are gratefully received.
