I know first hand the struggles and challenges people with Diabetes face on a daily basis and the effect it has on thousands of lives across the UK and the rest of the world.
Diabetes UK raises money to help raise awareness, provide resources and research into finding a possible cure for type 1 and type 2 diabetes.
