Steyning Welcomes France & Italy!

Sunday April 2nd, 2017 is set to be a real “mix of national flags” event - French, Italian & British.

From 10.30 a.m. until around 4 p.m., Steyning is set to welcome back the fabulous French Market, who will be crossing the Channel to bring us all things Franco - temptations such as French regional cheeses, freshly baked bread, a delicious range of patisserie products, olives, French sausages and cooked meats, strings of garlic and crepes with a variety of fillings cooked before your eyes, plus other hot take-away dishes.

The non-foodie stalls will include handbags, hats, scarves, jewellery, French posters, giftware, clothing, Provencal soaps and much, much more.

To add to the excitement at 14:00 p.m. the roar of super cars will once again hit our High Street, when exotic Italian machines such as Ferrari, Maserati and Lamborghini, (and a smattering of other marques) will blast into town, resting for 45 minutes to give time for some serious drooling over the fantastic engines!

These cars are some of the superb examples that will be on show during the Horsham Piazza Italia Festival, which is held over the Easter weekend in Horsham Town Centre, but Steyning is having a very special preview!

To add to the joy of this very special Sunday, why not make it extra delicious and treat yourself to coffee/tea or lunch within many of Steyning’s High Street cafes, restaurants & pubs.
