Well Adjusted Health, has again been awarded the highly regarded ‘Patient Partnership Quality Mark’ (PPQM) by The Royal College of Chiropractors, a Royal Chartered professional body. The PPQM recognises excellence in terms of meeting patient expectations in a range of areas.
They were required to demonstrate they meet patient expectations in a wide range of areas, including the following:

• Booking systems and out-of-hours cover
• Cleanliness and safety
• Privacy
• Communication
• Patient education
• Record keeping
• Other forms of care offered
