Some of the more “interesting” enquiries we’ve had are as follows:-

A client bought a ground floor flat in a Victorian terrace to live in and then purchased the flat above. After some time, they decided that they wanted to knock the two properties into one dwelling and mortgage the cost of the works.

We have clients who have purchased buy to let properties and live in far flung places such as Malaysia, San Francisco, and Amsterdam!
