Join Whites Bar and Restaurant this Thursday 8th July for a fun, informal wine dinner with the award winning Valdivieso vineyard in Chile. Head Chef Stuart Dove has created a superb Chilean inspired 5 course shared taster menu to match the wines being showcased.

You will be guided through the wines by our guest wine expert from the vineyard, starting with lighter delicate white wines moving through to rich, full bodied reds and dessert wine.

Tables will seat between 6 and 10 guests offering the opportunity to share the experience with others.

Valdivieso has a long history stretching back to the nineteenth century, originally styling themselves Champagne Valdivieso and producing Sparkling wines. Whilst the Sparkling wine is still a big seller in Chile, a decision was taken in 1990 to change the focus to high quality table wines.

The whole range encapsulates everything that Chile excels at: rich, vibrant flavours and
smooth, glossy textures making them worthy recipients of the multitude of gongs they have picked up in recent years.
