Try something different this year!

There are many local community activities and organisations that work across the Horsham District offering interesting and rewarding opportunities to people who would like to be involved in helping in some way. There are currently organisations in the Horsham District requiring volunteers to:

• Help with group activities, or on a one-to-one basis as a mentor or befriender.

• Assist at one of the many Children and Family centres or at a Youth Club.

• Provide administration, reception or computer support.

• Help with fundraising, become a committee member, secretary or treasurer.

• Provide transport, drive a minibus, or be an escort

• Assist with conservation and gardening projects in the West Sussex area.

• Help an organisation which deals with animal welfare.

We are also here to help charities and organisations seeking volunteers who would like us promote their opportunities and help identify new voluntary roles.
Horsham Volunteer Centre, based in Chart Way in the centre of Horsham, will match your interests, skills and availability to the most suitable volunteering opportunity for you.

Please contact us on 01403 232100, email horshamvb@hacvs.org or visit www.hacvs.org/volunteering for our webpage with a link to the Do-It database of volunteer opportunities.
