Local Business - Keep on running with Keiran!

I started training people in Steyning a number of years ago and am impressed to see so many of you out there on your bicycles or jogging across the downs.

There is a widening gap in our society between those who train their bodies and those who don’t and it is very visible if you cast an eye over any high street in any town in great Britain. If you’re out there keeping fit, I am very proud of you, more power to you.

However, I think some of you out there are jogging in the rain to maintain your weight, not just to see the beautiful views. If you fancy and alternative to jogging this winter why not try an intensive low impact Mellikof dynamic pilates session.
