High Profile Architectural firm KTA moved to Steyning

Architectural firm KTA moved to Steyning from Brighton about a year ago.

Director and owner Kevin Thorton says “We moved to Steyning to get out of Brighton, believe it or not! Our staff love working here and being out of the city allows us more creative freedom”

The practice was formed in 1989 and has grown from strength to strength. They can boast Disney, Louis Vuitton, Jamie Oliver and Stella McCartney as just a few of their many high profile clients.

KTA have been involved in a wide variety of projects throughout the UK including new houses, shops, offices and art galleries.

“We have versatile and talented staff which ensures our clients have the very best when it comes to design and delivery of their projects” says Kevin. “ We are happy to work on small scale projects as well as large and highly complex international assignments”.

One of Kevin’s passions is researching mill houses, in fact he is so passionate about them he lives in one in Poynings! He is currently rebuilding
