H J Burt welcome Matthew Cattell to their Steyning branch

Although H.J. Burt is very well known for successfully selling a wide range of rural properties, the town and village departments in Steyning and Henfield are also very busy selling all types of properties, both old and new and from first time buyer flats and houses to a variety of family homes. With Matthew joining the Steyning office, the firm reports a very busy autumn and winter selling period.  

Matthew brings with him a wealth of property experience having worked for another local independent firm of estate agents for twelve years. Working around the Storrington and Steyning areas Matthew has plenty of local knowledge which he can bring to his new position at Burts, and, in order to build on his very considerable experience, Matthew is also undertaking a degree in surveying aiming to become a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
