Down House Dental Practice Celebration.

Down House Dental AwardDown House Dental Practice Ltd are celebrating their membership of the British Dental Association (BDA) Good Practice Scheme.

The BDA Good Practice Scheme is a quality assurance programme for UK dental practices. By becoming members of the Scheme, practices demonstrate a visible commitment to providing quality dental care to nationally recognised best practice standards.

Practices taking part display the Good Practice Scheme plaque and are kept up-to-date with current requirements in order to provide the best care for their patients.

Down House Dental Practice Ltd  is amongst the first practices in  West Sussex  to achieve membership of the Scheme. Only 1500 practices out of approximately  20,000 in the UK have achieved the award so far, putting  the Church Street based  practice in Steyning  in the top 8% in the UK.

Ian Goldsmith,   Principal Dentist and Practice Owner, expressed  his delight on behalf of the practice at the achievement, believing it gave a morale boost to its staff. He said  β€˜β€˜the award reflects the ongoing hard work and dedication from the whole dental team to provide a consistent service of excellence to our patients. There are constant new policies and procedures set by government legislation and we are periodically assessed as part of our membership to ensure our practice is meeting the Scheme requirements.’’
